Hi, I’m Connie, before launching IronBridge Broking, I spent years in the mining industry — a fast-paced, high-pressure world that taught me resilience and grit. But I felt called to something more personal and purposeful. I wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives, helping them reach their goals and guiding them through a space that can often feel overwhelming and impersonal.

So, I completed Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) and a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management (FNS50322) becoming a qualified & accredited finance and mortgage broker.

I started IronBridge Broking to be a trustworthy, down-to-earth partner for anyone buying a home, refinancing, investing, or simply figuring out where to start. We bring care, honesty, and a no-nonsense approach to everything we do.

I work with clients all across Australia, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule.
